Behold, the Jar of Happiness.
With this jar, I will bring back the small things in my life. How will I do this? Let me tell you step by step:
- Draw a piece of paper
- Do whatever is on the paper by the end of the day
I wrote one mini challenge on each of these pieces of paper. Nothing too elaborate, just things that will help me relax and lighten up like:
- Go for a jog
- Play your flute
- Read a chapter of a book
- Send your sister in law flowers
- Compliment a stranger
- Bake a new kind of cake
- Ride your bike
- Meditate (thanks Mollie!)
I’ve let work take over my life and I’ve got to put a stop to it. Here’s to relaxing and trying new things!
Also, I only have 211 pieces of paper in my jar. I need 142 more! Feel free to give me some suggestions!
