Behold, the Jar of Happiness.

With this jar, I will bring back the small things in my life.  How will I do this?  Let me tell you step by step:

1. Draw a piece of paper
2. Do whatever is on the paper by the end of the day

I wrote one mini challenge on each of these pieces of paper.  Nothing too elaborate, just things that will help me relax and lighten up like:

• Go for a jog
• Play your flute
• Read a chapter of a book
• Send your sister in law flowers
• Compliment a stranger
• Bake a new kind of cake
• Ride your bike
• Meditate (thanks Mollie!)

I’ve let work take over my life and I’ve got to put a stop to it.  Here’s to relaxing and trying new things!

Also, I only have 211 pieces of paper in my jar.  I need 142 more!  Feel free to give me some suggestions!

Happiness is a choice every single day. I want to do this right now!!
